Heavy-gauge steel base plate extensions provide a stable, level mounting surface for BP-12, OH-12, OH-12S, OH-15 and OH-18 two-post lifts. The kit contains two precision-cut plates and zinc-plated fasteners for secure bolt-on retrofits where foundation depth or anchor spacing is substandard. Plates are engineered to distribute load and reduce stress on original anchors, improving operational stability for lifts installed on shallow or uneven concrete.
