KT-T800 + KT-B700
Dual-station workshop combo composed of a pneumatic wheel-clamp tire changer and a precision wheel balancer engineered for light- to mid-size passenger wheels. The tire changer includes carburized alloy-steel jaws, a stainless mounting head with rim-safe plastic covers and a 2.0 HP motor for consistent torque during mounting and demounting. Pedal-operated inflation gauge, a pull-type control system and an integrated lubricator simplify bead seating while protecting alloy rims. The closed cabinet chassis protects internal components and reduces shop noise. The balancer uses a heavy-gauge steel body, a hardened 36 mm shaft and selectable units for flexible shop calibration. It balances rims up to 34.6 inches in diameter at 180 rpm with ±1 g repeatability and a typical measurement cycle of seven seconds. Both units run on 110 V single-phase power for North American workshops and accept a wide range of rim widths and diameters. Freight delivery is recommended for this combined unit; liftgate service or forklift unloading will usually be required at delivery. Routine maintenance points include filter/lubricator servicing and periodic jaw inspection; replacement parts are available through the manufacturer’s network. - Alloy steel jaw, interface carburization treatment of 0.8-1.1mm deepness, whole quenching process, making the inside of the jaw to have more tenacity and the outside harder, and use the jaw cover for protecting the rim
- The mounting head is made by stainless steel with solution treatment and interface polishing, the shape conforms to the engineering mechanics and accompanied by plastic cover for protecting the rim

- The 36mm shaft thread is made by quenching treatment to offer high strength
- The computer board adopts advanced welding technology to make it moisture proof, dust proof and antistatic

Warranty Includes:

- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
