Commercial-grade griddle engineered for indoor and commercial kitchens with a 3mm cooking plate for consistent heat transfer. Three U-shaped stainless steel burners produce 27,000 BTU total for steady searing and recovery across the surface. 304 stainless steel housing and a 304 cooking top with cast-iron contact and an aluminum base plate deliver durable construction and improved heat distribution. Push-button ignition, three safety valves with thermocouples, and opposite gas orifices for conversion support safe, serviceable operation. Removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray and perforated cooking plate holes simplify cleanup and daily maintenance.
