KT-AV6 Pro
The AV6 Pro mobile 3D wheel aligner delivers precise alignment data using a two-camera optical system. Its heavy-gauge steel structure keeps the measurement geometry stable in shop environments. The system supports a wide tire diameter and wheelbase range to accommodate cars, SUVs and many light trucks. Unlimited vehicle memory and yearly database updates ensure current specifications for US, European and Asian models. No calibration is required during installation, reducing downtime and routine maintenance tasks. Technician workflow is streamlined with a supplied tablet, 30-inch display, mouse, keypad and integrated printer. Synchronous display to smartphones and tablets enables real-time monitoring of alignment adjustments. Remote post height control and a compact, cabinet-free footprint keep the bay organized and improve service speed. Power input accepts 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz for global compatibility in typical commercial garages. Freight-only delivery requires forklift or lift-gate arrangements and buyer responsibility for unloading at delivery.

Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.
A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.
