Hydraulic power system handles a wide range of passenger and light-truck wheels with controlled torque and stable rotation. Built-in top assist arm and wheel-lift assistant enable safe mounting and demounting of low-profile and run-flat tires. Lever-less design and a stainless-steel mounting head reduce rim contact damage while the included plastic cover provides rim protection. Dual motors provide operational power: a 2.0HP gearbox motor for rotation and a 1.5HP hydraulic unit for bead breaking and tool movement. Pure copper winding in the motor improves heat dissipation and durability under continuous shop use. Accepts wheels up to 47 inches diameter and 16 inches wide with a clamping range of 12 to 30 inches for most passenger and light-truck rims. Rotation speed is 6.8 rpm and recommended operating air pressure is 116–145 psi for pneumatic controls. Unit ships freight; a forklift or unloading dock is recommended due to the machine's shipping weight and packaging requirements. Sturdy construction and serviceable components simplify routine maintenance and filter replacement to keep the hydraulic system clean. Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.
A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
